 Hunting group seeking new lease *Cash in hand*

We have a small group of 3-8 hunters currently seeking a new deer lease (white tail) within *6 hours* from Houston, Tx. Each member is willing to pay up to $3,200 a gun depending on the quality of the lease. We are not meat hunters & believe in proper buck management. Searching for a place with a cabin, electricity, water, long time contract, year around access. If anyone has any properties to lease out or just any leads on properties it would be greatly appreciated.
* Willing to pay $150 to anyone able to provide a lead on a good lease that we end up hunting!!! Thanks in advance
