I have 3 spots available on a 450 acre lease. There will be 5 guns total. No guest during deer season, immediate family is ok. The primary game is hog, squirrel, and varmint. The deer numbers are fair. If you are a deer hunter only, I suggest passing on this. Last season, 3 deer were taken. All hunters did see deer, just not very many. There is a run down metal building we use for a bunkhouse. There are electric hookups for a trailer. No water. The lease runs from Sept 1st, until August 31st. The price is $1000.00/gun, elec is included. Please send me a PM, if you are interested.

I know every place is different, but I looked at some land close to white oak bayou in Morris county. The most deer tracks I've ever seen in my life. This sounds like a good deal to me.
