Out of box trigger pull was 4.5# and gritty. Bought $7 worth of supplies and fixed it. Basic fix is a 3/4" 10-24 setscrew and a new compression spring. Found everything at Ace Hardware and Lowes.
Trigger pull is now 2# and bump tested safe...

NOTE: Modifying the trigger on your rifle invalidates it's factory warranty. It is also dangerous if you are not mechanically oriented with work of this type. You MUST bump test your rifle to insure that no accidental discharge is possible after completing the modification...
