I took in a gun in trade recently that has a purpose built stock that, as a hunter, I have ZERO familiarity with.

In the coming days I’ll post the gun for sale in the classifieds but I would like to shoot it first to make sure function is good to go.

That’s a choate ultimate sniper stock. Honestly, it’s an overweight, functional stock. I had one on a rifle. It works, but there are a lot better options out there for stocks. It has a lot of features, like built in monopod, full length aluminum bedding block, adjustable placement of sling swivels for bipod mounting, etc. but it weighs a ton.
