scored me a remington 600 mohawk chambered in 257 roberts ackley improved at the pawn shop today for 350 bucks. never seen one before but its clean and has a fiberglass stock of some sort. barrel is 22" and that dogleg bolt handle is pretty slick. are these actions same as a 700, as is barrel threads etc?

Good for you. Most people say pawn shops are a waste of time, only handle junk, prices are too high, and other strictly negative things. Only thing left is to take it out and see if it is a shooter.
