Has anyone had to do business with Zeiss Service? If so how do you get them to return your calls or emails?

Yes I have but it's been a year or so. Just called them and got a guy on the third ring.
His name was Owen.

I have had no problems getting anyone on the phone during business hours. They were very helpful and friendly.

Ive called them before, but their warranty is hit or miss. They no longer produced my conquest model that was under warranty and wanted me to pay $200 for a comparable model replacement.

I'd be happy to do that. The HD5 would be a nice upgrade for $200.
