In your part of the state, when do you notice most White-tail Bucks peeling off and starting to chase the Does? Read through a few TPWD studies and found them to be entirely to vague.
Where I hunt in Northeast Texas, I typically observe the most activity in late November.

Dominant bucks are with doe now in the Concho Valley. But the peak, when the most doe are receptive, usually happens between the middle and the last of November. As warm as it is now and a full moon opening weekend most activity will be after dark...
