I recently bought this feeder it has been working pretty well. Recently, one of the guys on my lease filled the feeder and now it is showing zero feedings and that it is empty on its panel. Is there a way to reset this? Also, is there a way to run a test feeding? We can't seem to find that choice. Thanks!!!

With those new moultrie timers you have to hit buttons and tell it how much corn you added everytime you fill it. Poor idea

And I believe you get to the # of seconds on the first throw cycle and hold down the ok/enter button or whatever it is for 5 seconds and it'll start a countdown.

We figured there must be a way to program how much corn you added.....we just couldn't get it to add pounds.....every time we got to that section we would tap a button and it would flip from the screen.....considering buying a different timer/motor to put on it so it starts to throw corn again....

It must be different from my Moultrie. On mine, the #s remaining is just for my reference. The motor still spins when it’s time regardless.

Hopefully what you are saying Caribou about it is the same for ours, as we have never been there when it was time for it to go off. We did notice that it has not really needed to be filled up, though it was lower than when we first filled it. Guess i need to make it a point to be sitting there when the timer goes off and see what it does. It not throwing would explain why that feeder/feed pen is the only one on the property that since we got it in September, has never had a deer on its camera. I finally moved the camera after the third time checking it with nothing on it. In fact, the spot i moved the camera is about 100 yrds behind the feed pen in an oak grove that has a lot of scrapes and we are seeing all kinds of deer there, so i know they go by it. Just need to see if the feeder is throwing as acorns will be getting old before too long.

Then went to fill the feeder up after the hunt. It showed 0 lbs on the readout, but still threw.
