Last night a little stir fry. 3 steps to paradise: Step 1: Pork, salt and pepper, little oil, cook "almost done"! Step 2: Add broccoli, cook that where it is "almost done"! Step 3: Finish it off, caramelizing it, with this stuff!!

I will soon have fresh broccoli from my garden. I'll supply the broccoli. You supply the pork. Looks great. What are the flakes on the pork?

I made a similar Hunan dish called twice cooked pork. I used cabbage and a sauce made with hoisin. It was a spicy dish served over rice.

What are the flakes on the pork? Some kinda seed in the sauce, I think sesame seed!
