In years past we have seen 40-50 poults on our place, this year we have 2. We tend to be a sanctuary for turkeys because of our taller trees, heavy cover, open landing areas and an abundant food/water source. It is nothing strange to see 30-40 turkeys fly down from the roost during a morning deer hunt. We trap heavy keeping the foxes and coons at a minimum. I watched a fox hunt down and take an adult turkey down quite easy, so I know foxes are an issue. I also wonder if the eggs are being robbed before they hatch? We still have the adult turkey population, makes me wonder why the low hatch count this year? Any ideas?

A buddy of mine just asked me this same question the other day. Evidently you're not the only one that's noticed it.
