I just bagged a rabbit, and while removing it's skin I noticed a large white lump on its underside. Also, when I shot it, a milky substance came out of its underside. It does not seem to affect the meat but I was wondering if it is just excess fat or something I should worry about

That would be the mammary glands...and the white milky substance would be (wait for it...) milk.

Looking at the pic, that doesn't look like the underside. And the fatty tissue appears to be on the back.

nope...that's the underside...can clearly see the mid-line, gets wider at the paunch.
