Anyone know anything about Clay County Tx? Deer quality, density, and average price per acre? Thanks.

Deer are very healthy this year. Seeing and killing a couple 140-150's. Range is in great condition. Most of the range is in grass with islands of oaks, mesquites and tree'd creeks. Don't know about prices. If you can find the right mix, at the right price I would go for it.
