Hope you will give some feedback on your hunt. Just finished the first rifle hunt. I think it ended up with 25 bucks and 6 does killed. 90% of the bucks were a 1½ old. I didn't see a deer.

I hunted there years ago. I am going to have a good time with my nephews, if I get a deer it will just be icing on the cake. Was it flooded when you were there?

It was very dry but a lot of the areas where there is typically water now have tall grass so the visibility is poor. Mosquitoes were light but still there and we didn't see any snakes. Feral hogs are still in good numbers.
