We have Timber Rattlers and Water Moccasins is East Texas. Glad we don't have the ones you have, I already have enough thinning and grey hair.

Did you age that buck? We have several on our place that are similar. Real Tall racks that don't ever flatten out.
They make ammo specifically for hunting for a reason!

Did you age that buck? We have several on our place that are similar. Real Tall racks that don't ever flatten out. I guesstimated him at 4.5 when he came out. Other than the main beam, the tine G2 and G3 length were weak. He was pretty heavy at the base. Even though I am very happy with this harvest but I think I could have let him walk for another year to see if there would be much progress in length. He is definitely one of my favorites that I have taken. I pulled my camera the next day and had him in several pics. Looks like 3.5 in this pic. What do you think?
