Hello, we have a couple spots left for the 2017 caribou season, this hunt takes place in August north of the Brooks range, price is $2500 per person, you can have up to 4 people in a group, we also have drop camp moose and black bear hunts available. Black bear hunts can either be down over bait or spot and stalk

The drop camp moose hunts take place south of the Brooks range in units 24 and 25 , price is $4800 per person, with a $2000 deposit, the balance of 2800 to be paid. 60 days prior to the start of the hunt.

Good price on the moose drop camp hunt. Do you have a link to more information? Like where do you pick up the hunters? What to bring? what's included and some pictures of previous success?

Yes, I will try and post the link, if you want you can call or text me at 907-982-5986 or email me at chandalarlake@gmail.com. For the moose drops you would fly into Fairbanks and drive up just south of coldfoot

A caribou hunt is definitely on my short list!
I was reading through your website and saw some conflicting info I was hoping you could clear up.
The first paragraph says camping equipment is not provided, but on the second line of the third paragraph it says meals and camping gear to be provided by outfitter? It goes on to say you will be staying in a 6 man tent? Then a little further down it says no food available after Fairbanks to be sure and stock up. I'm guessing there is no food or lodging provided and it was just a typo.

Yes, it is a typo, I am traveling at the minute and they are working on the website and will be adding some more pictures, camping gear is not included, Alaska state law prohibits us from providing camping gear on a drop camp hunt, so you can either bring your own or there are several camp rental companies to rent it from, the rental company I deal with the most charges $125 per person for a complete camp, so a lot of times it's easier just to rent it, then to deal with bring your own. You can get a meal in coldfoot but you can't buy grocerys for hunting trip, that's if you fly into Fairbanks and drive up, you can also fly to deadhorse and we will pick you up if you don't want to drive, if you do that we will make arrangements to have your grocerys waiting in deadhorse when you arrive. You can call me if you want and I am happy to answer any questions you have. I will make sure they get the website cleared up. Thanks Ryan
