6100 acre annual deer lease in Comstock, Tx. $3000 per membership. Family and friends welcome and they can hunt off of your limit. 1 trophy (4.5 or older and 9+ pts), 1 management (8 pt or below and 3.5 or older), 2 does and 1 exotic. Has 3 br house with electricity and water that will sleep up to 15. Has much more game which includes bobcat, mountain lion, quail and javalina. Good main roads but secondary roads would would be better used with atv's. Great place with lots of potential!
