Made it with homemade smoked sausage/chicken/bacon. Love this stuff, gonna go real good with some blackened fish or shrimp.

It of course starts with bacon.

Slice up some poke sausage to brown in my bacon grease.

Hmn...

Boil some chicken breasts in a little liquid crab boil.

Shred it.

Cut some sweet corn and milk all the juice from the cob.

Throw in some butter and brown some yellow onions.

Then saute some red BB, green BB, green onions, jalapenos, & garlic at the end.

Then toast the corn.

Then add all other ingredients back to pot and simmer down in some chicken stock. Throw a couple bay leaves in there for a little bit.

Then add heavy cream and simmer until thickened. Add a little Louisiana Hot Sauce & taste for seasoning, didn't have to add anything. It was spot on.

Thanks for looking.

I'd eat that, even IF it was made by a guy with dragon toes.

Looks like it also has all the basic food groups. It has to be better than good.
