Looking at the Hunter rings by Vortex but open to suggestions. Gonna go on a 1-piece warne base. Medium or high rings for that 44mm objective lens?

W/the 44mm obj. Vortex I had on a 700, the 1 piece base I used was medium height & worked great!

Medium. I just looked up those rings and they are aluminum. I would feel more comfortable with steel for a 30-06.
