anyone running 75 or 77 gr 223?
got a ar with a 1 and 7.5 twist wanna try em out

I have a Tikka with a 1 in 8 twist that shoots lights out with factory 77gr Sierra GK. I would think that your gun would handle them good.

The 77gr Sierra are pretty tough so expect exit holes on predators. The 75gr AMax is a better choice but is so long will normally have to be single fed as it will not work thru a magazine unless seated very deep. Personally I would find 60gr VMax from Black Hills and carry on.
