Added this little puppy to the arsenal. It's a Cooper Model 21 in 20 Tactical caliber. Now, just exactly why it is called a 20 Tactical is a mystery to me. It's hardly a caliber for serious self defense use, and in this rifle, which is a single shot that weighs a whole lot, it's hardly something you can use in any kind of "tactical" situation. But it is purdy, and my initial hand loads offer a lot of accuracy potential if I work at it.

I found mine in the display case at cabelas a few years back. It was there month after month I guess due to most not knowing what a 6X45mm was. I made an offer and they took it. Got it home and noticed it was unfired and never had a scope mounted on it although they sold it as used.

My fiance's grandfather is a big prairie dog hunter. For a long time he exclusively shot a Cooper Tac20. He has a dillon 1050 set up just for it. He is quite fond of that little round.

Ask grandfather if he will share his favorite load! I'm still picking through my options but would love to try someone else's pet loading.
