I have 165 acres in the northwest quarter of Runnels County. There is a 90 acre wheat field on the north side of the place that is covered in deer, last year I seen between 40-60 every evening, mostly does with a handful of young bucks with potential. The neighbors to the north and east of me do not hunt, or may just shoot a doe for the freezer. I have owned this place for 2 years and cannot shoot enough deer off of it. This will not be a trophy lease but is very possible to harvest a nice buck, I have seen many nice young bucks on camera and my neighbor shot a 140" 10 point last year. It will be a year long lease to hunt dove, quail, turkeys, deer, and varmints. It is not really an ideal place to set up campers but we might can figure something out after looking at it. I am looking at having 2 guns at $2500 a gun and wives and kids will be allowed to hunt on their own tags. For more information you can send me a PM or call/text 254-485-1563.
