Gauging interest. Looks like I will be leasing 1350 acres just south of Eldorado, or 40 miles South of San Angelo. If originally planned on leasing in for myself but am now thinking I will take on another hunter. A friend of mine bought place in 2007. It has not had a deer taken off of it since he bought it. He has tons of country and hasn't really utilized this place for much, other than sticking some sheep on it. The neighbors are larger and not leased out. Should be plenty of mature deer. Looking for a VERY management minded hunter. We will kill mature deer. Have a unique opportunity to kill some good deer year in and year out. It will only be us two hunting this place. Price will be around the $3500 range. This will include a trophy and a management deer. We will look into family members taking off additional culls as needed.
