Not sure I would call it a renamed Bushmaster since Remington purchased the earlier Bushmaster product line. My understanding is that Windham firearms are produced by previous Bushmaster employees using their own production facilities.
I have the same rifle but have not fired it enough to offer a good review.

I sell them and have fired them. They are my favorite AR under a grand.

seems to be a pretty fair rifle

Replace the trigger and you will love it! Mine shoots 5-shot sub-MOA groups more times than not. (I have a free-float tube, but it shot very good in factory form.) It is also not very picky on ammo - it shoots everything pretty well.

My brother has one. Pretty good gun for the money. It's ran 100%. Fit and finish are high quality.

I have one. No problems with any ammo. Accurate as they come and I have probably a hundred pig kills with it. It's dusty, dirty and has a cheap [censored] NC Star tactical scope on it that has never lost zero. I have a nicer scope to put on it but I can't bring myself to change what works so well. I wish I had bought two when I bought this one. Great weapon.
