Any one have any favorite recipes/pics they'd like to share?

I tried bacon, chorizo, stew meat, onions, tomatos, cilantro, and salt. Here is an in progress pic before all veggies were added. Not bad, but would like to try other ideas.

I have had primarily tripas in the disc, but have also had fish filets fried in on in Mexico. Pretty versatile outdoor cooking device.

Got a buddy from matamoros that does discada (chorizo sausage peppers onions etc) but his disc is deep almost like a wok I have just the plow disc and I use mine mainly for breakfast. My favorite is migas but also make fajitas now and then. I like the looks of the fire disc with the lip that's at bucees. The price has come down since they first started so they might be close to cost but still not competition to the old plow disc.

I have a big, heavy, deep "new ground" disk wok. It is maybe the best tool I have ever used to fry fish in. It sets right down on the pot ring of my cooker and it is as steady as a statue. With the tempered steel of the disk, it heats up evenly therefore eliminating hotspots. Fish fry to perfection with this bad boy. It is hard to beat. Disposing of the oil is the hardest challenge because of the difficulty pouring the oil into any kind of container without making a mess. A five gallon bucket works best.
