Anyone using this? If so, or if you had, tell me more.
I just bought a bag for my Lacy. A buddy of mine sales it at his store and he swears by it. The few folks that I know who use it, love it.
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.

I've heard bad and good reviews.
Look at the ingredients and research them.
There are several dog food threads you can search for on here as well.

Feed it and don't worry about it if you have solid stools.

I feed Victor Brand Dog Food and it works well for my dogs. Plenty energy with minimal kennel waste. 6 Bird Dogs from 13 months to over 13 years old doing fine on it.

I use it. I feed less on it and get the same results.

I use it and love it, no corn, excellent sources of protein. Ingredients are top notch. Most everyone I know that has switched to it is a believer.

It's good food. If I were to go Grain Free, it's what I would feed. But I have only ran into corn and wheat allergies, so Diamond Naturals lamb & Rice is cheaper and works great for my dogs.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

Mine was on it for a couple weeks. Terrible gas, I mean terrible. otherwise the dog looked like a million dollars. Since she is an office dog we switched back to Pro Plan and the gas is gone. lol
They make ammo specifically for hunting for a reason!

That will usually subside after a few weeks, pretty rich food to a digestive system coming from a lessor product, you'll typically feed less of it and the gas will go away.

I've been using Victor Select Hi Pro Plus Formula Active Dogs and Puppies. I've liked not needing to switch for pups. Stool volume, energy level, and coat all seem fine and no problems with gas. It is a small kibble though, but my older dog does not seem to have a problem. Higher protein and fat than might need year round, but it's not terribly expensive and not worth cycling to a different off season formula.

Can't keep weight on a dog on Victor and never saw a solid stool. FWIW.
