Try smoking it.. Cut a wedge around the core like you would a pumpkin. Shove about a half stick of butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.. Put the top back on and smoke for about 2 hours.. Wrap it up in foil and let it steam until it's soft.. Really tastey!
