I have a really nice white/blk "maiden" pointer in excellent shape, but she is seven years old. I am thinking of breeding her this coming spring....Is she too old to net me a nice litter?

Try it and let us know. I've heard of them having litters at an older age.

No, she's not too old as long as she's in good shape. I've heard of people breeding their dog when she's nine if she's in good shape.

Yep you can breed her. Litter may be small but who really knows. Bet she has some gooduns!
