I would think once would be sufficient, but if they're annealing and getting a lot of firings per case, they may clean them up occasionally.

Forgot to ask if they lube the necks with graphite before seating bullets too.

So much voodoo out there.

I really like Precision Rifle Blog. He has lots of good information on there. I hadn't seen this article yet though, pretty interesting.

I neck turn, uniform primer pockets, and use a Chargemaster throwing charges. A friend of mine just got a Benchsource annealing machine, and he swears it has tightened things up on all his rifles. He anneals brass on everything now. He has done some for me as well, and I think and annealing machine is going to be the next piece of reloading equipment I purchase.
