 Cold front and three day weekend - will public water be a disaster?

I only hunt public DFW lakes during the week - short hunts before or after work. With this front coming in I'm anxious for a push of new birds, but not sure it'll be worth it if the crowds are going to be nuts. I don't have the drive to leave the house at 3am, either. Should I sit this one out or, since the weather's looking good, go ahead and try my luck?

The conditions are going to be terrible..lots of crowding, cold, rainy and overly miserable. I think you should stay in bed; that's what I'm going do.  .

Windchill near freezing, light rain.
Ought to keep the casual hunter at bay.
Thought for the day: Ducks were almost hunted to extinction long before camo was invented.

I'm staying in bed in the morning  Of course I don't live in North Texas and have 20 different places at my disposal in under 2 hrs from the driveway-- that plays a massive part in it.
