Would like to get on lease within 2-3 hours of San Antonio, one hunter, possibly 2 if available. Doesnt have to be anything fancy or big, just looking to make some memories with my children, pass down what my dad taught to me. Water, electricity, shelter is nice but not a must. Willing to spend up to $2K depending on situation.
