Oh, you mean a report that helps / encourages hunters using public lands and waters. NOT IN TEXAS.
Now if you had private property with a high fence around it . . NOW you'll get all the assistance you need. We'll do helicopter surveys, set-up MLD programs, send out biologists, you name it. Not a private land owner?? $CRE! YOU.
Look at all the states surrounding Texas that have large tracts of public hunting land that include REAL waterfowl enhancements - Levee systems with irrigation and the ability to create wetland habitat. Management areas where fields are leased out to farmers with the condition that they must leave a portion of the crops in place for winter flooding.
How many millions of acres of rice fields are down on the Texas coastal prairies? How many of those acres are owned by the state, managed and set up for public waterfowl hunting? ZERO. Your tax and license dollars hard at work ... for somebody else.

When I do a search, you see where in years past they have published them, but just haven't found the 2015-2016 info.

Someone used to post them to the forum every week, but TPWD has since stopped doing them. http://tpwd.texas.gov/newsmedia/releases/?req=migratoryThere are migration reports for random parts of the country on the DU website. Not talking about the ones on the migration map from individuals. That one has a lot of false info. See the scrolling on the top left of current migratory articles. Ones from Texas will show up from time to time. http://www.ducks.org/hunting/migration
