That's exactly where a high SD will show up. An SD of 20 and 21 will have an ES (extreme spread) of 3-4 times that. So the ES would be around 60-80 fps. That will certainly show up down range at anything past 600 yards for a precision rifle. I take those videos with a grain of salt.
