It is a Browning recurve from the 60's. No model on the bow itself. It has been in a closet without a string for 30 years. There is a note attached that it takes a 51" string. Any body know anything about old Browning recurves?
Long live the second amendment !!!

I would love to see a pic. Take the string off and set it on its limbs to see if they are warped.

The only problem I've had with old bows sitting around is delaminating, you can fix a warped limb. Just string it up using a stringer and let it sit a day or two before drawing it back. Besides, I'm sure that string isn't very trust worthy, strings have come a long way in the last 30 years.

Love to see a pic of it. Might be able to I.D. it for you.
Seen many an old bow 'De-Lam' though...so I wouldn't recommend stringing it.
Spartans ask not...how many, but where!
