I hunt near Trent south of 20, was wondering if anyones seen any daylight movement on their cams? Last year was all nocturnal for me. Feeders set at 7 am and 6 pm...lots of hogs, not so many deer so far. Just now got my camera set up. Thanks

I hope to get out to our lease in Merkel in a few days to see what's on the cameras. I'll let you know. We just got ours back up too. F'n thieves got them a couple years ago and we finally got around to buying more.

I finally made it out to check the cameras today. They're hitting our feeders from a little after sundown until 8 a.m. or so. This time of year we're normally not seeing a lot of daylight movement either but I'm happy with what I'm seeing so far. I'm also seeing better bucks than we've seen in a while. Oddly enough it looks like our hog numbers are down. We've been overrun with them for the last few years but it doesn't look that way right now.

Growley,

are you north or south of merkel? There are some good areas out that way. We are north about 10 miles.... lots of hogs and some good deer.
