Has anyone used these guys? Service, quality etc? Their prices seem pretty good. Whats ya'll opinion of them?

I just placed an order with them and learned they require signature at receipt for anything over $100 even though I requested no sig. They were nice enough to call to ensure I understood. Prices were good and fast shipment.
I was wrong...on anything technical. Fitz............. is right, ya know............
