Fannin Texas (between Goliad and Victoria), feeders (both protein and corn running year round), blinds in place, food and lodging included. Unguided, lots of deer coming in. Must take 20 does in bow season. Was $600 per hunter, filling last spots 2 hunters $1000. Only 2 hunters at a time, total of 10 hunter.
