Contact Gore-Tex and let them know of the problem. You might get a brand new Parka of the same value, I did. A $600 Guide series from Cabelas totally free from Gore-Tex. The product Gore-tex is guaranteed for life not to leak and they mean it. I had a quality Gore-tex parka & bibs that got me wet and so cold that I had to be helped out of the boat. After talking with the retailer that I bought it from & was told if the rain suit EVER leaked, bring it back & they would repair it or replace it. They lied so I contacted Gore-Tex and they replaced it 100%. BTW the retailer that sold me the rain suit originally has not gotten 1 penny of my money since then and will not get any in the future.

It is either waterproof or isn't. Neither Gortex or Omni-tech fail very often waterproof wise. Either the membrane deteriorated, Seam failed or has a hole.

With that said You are most likely are talking about the DWR not working and the outer fabric absorbing water. That's very common.

Nikki wax has a cleaning and DWR restore kit. Granger has one also.

Both are great products.

Also normal detergent will kill your DWR
