I'm looking for a small lease close to Temple where I could hunt with my wife. I could make monthly payments on a place but I'm looking to keep it around $1200 a year and I could help maintain the property as well as far as mowing, checking fences, etc. Hunted all my life (25 years) and would give your place nothing but care and respect. I've got a feeder and ground blind just need a place to put them. Thank y'all!
