Bill and I had a banner day on a local stock tank, and were fortunate enough to bring home a mess, of coppernosed bluegill.

WalMart had their sweet corn for .12 cents an ear.

The copper nose were big enough to fillet. Non stick aluminum foil. I used an ice pick to poke some holes in the foil, and then sprayed liberally with olive oil. Add black pepper, Tony's seasoning and drizzle butter over all of the fillet's.

Over medium heat, they take about 20 minutes. Give or take.

Sweet corn. Soaked in water with the husk's still on for about 15 minutes. Remove the husks and silt, and wrap in the same, non stick aluminum foil.

Turn each ear over medium to high heat, every 5 minutes or so. Did 4 ears tonight and left them on for a total of 20 minutes.

All came out great. Super cheap meal and our bellies are full.

Great.
