Shooting suppressed and subsonic, at what distance do you zero?

50 and work out 100 drop and then pick different tool beyond that range. IMHO sub 300blk is a specialized tool and must be treated as such. I get a kick out of mine but there are times the shot is not there and restraint must be exercised regardless of range.

I have mine zeroed at 100 and I was just curious what other shooters used.

100 yard zero and known holds for 50 and 75.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I've been trying this 300blk for a while and finally have gotten pretty good with the nikon p300 it doesn't work out exactly like I wanted it to with the reticle but it works pretty well. I have 100yd zero for sub and super in that scope.

Either 50 or 100 will work fine for subs. Just know your come ups at each distance (25, 75, and 100, 125, etc), and you'll be good. I zero my supers (125 grains) all at 100. If you zero your supers at 100 yards, you will have about a 12"-18" POI shift low with the subs.
