Was a busy weekend for us, but we got to pick up the new boat also. Was supposed to be ready 5 weeks ago, but they had trouble getting the trailer and motor there in a timely manner. Nothing real fancy but a darn good fishing boat. Cant wait to break her in! Still need to pick up a trolling motor for it and get some rod holders mounted.

Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

Your gonna love that Suzuki
Do yourself a favor and go get a 8' or 10' power pole installed
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Is that new one with a tunnel? No tunnel, just a 24' DLX Supposed to draft in 4 inches though.

Uncle has a Suzuki just like it but a year or so older and has been very happy with his, from research I have done they come highly recommended currently. They have don't a lot to grow their sales coverage and service area in the recent past.

But unloaded 4" is realistic You can't hardly tear those boats up and if you do stick her on a sandbar, jump out and push her off. Perfect size for the family! Congrats.

We have had a 19' since 1993. Love that boat to death, but it was getting small for the growing family. After 20 plus year in the likes of choke canyon the hull was in solid shape.
Hopefully this one will be as good as the last!
Thanks

My Dad, myself and my brothers used to slay specks and reds down in Baffin Bay rocks from about 1980-1991. Nearly every weekend when not in deer season. Popping corks and live shrimp. Some good eats..

Don't know where your at since you scared to put it on your profile , but if your near the coast, yeah that is bit of a drive. Could almost pay for a guide for what it would cost and the hassle I bet.

Somewhere in the middle, SA is my hood. The coast is a trip, but its about 1/2 of that drive to DFW... plus I don't have to get any closer to Austin than I already am.
Fishing with guides just aint the same!
