Myself, hunting buddy, and our sons made the Juno lease fill trip problem free last Friday morning. Got some things done and pulled my Sd card.

1.) Elevated blind was still standing up and got my braces added. She's sturdy as solid steel now.
2.) Cleared a few cedar limbs in my shooting lanes.
3.) Topped off my corn feeder and filled my free choice with Record Rack
4.) Swapped out SD cards and adjusted camera. (a coon or something moved my camera so it needed some adjustment)
5.) Saw 38 whitetail, 1 big Auodad, and a Sitka on our property.
6.) No sheep, goats, or Axis inside my pen and plenty of pics with multiple deer inside at once

Ended up with almost 2200 game pics which stopped 12 days previous after the SD maxed out. One buck has some nasty looking marks on his neck and face?

Sounds like a good trip. Will be doin about the same this coming weekend.
Never seen stuff like that on a deer, my guess would be either a long fight with another deer or it got lucky and got away from a predator. But im no expert and have no where near the experience of some of the people on here

cheers Deer and ranch look great. Really green! Those marks appear to be new hair growth to me. Nothing to worry about.

It was almost unbelievable how green it was compared to our last trip. Three separate times on the camera showed heavy rains and 2" the night before we got there.

(a coon or something moved my camera so it needed some adjustment)

I had a bird (woodpecker or buzzard) peck out the infrared lens on one of my cameras. crying

I hope he ended up with a sore pecker. scared
