Have an S1 3-9 that at dusk/dawn near darkness was as good/better than a Zeiss Conquest!

I have the Big Sky 36x fixed and a SII 2.5-10x32 (discontinued). I'm very happy with the 36x. The 2.5-10x32 has mediocre glass, but has worked perfectly, and I paid quite little for it.
