So I want to buy a range finder. Who suggests what? I don't want a bottom of the line, but not super expensive either. Maybe 150-200$ range? Just a guess.

No I'd use it to rifle hunt too. I just got into bow hunting and need to set up my pins on my sight as well as be able to use it in the feild on animals. I hardly rifle hunt though.

Well if you aren't going to shoot over 250 yards or so the Bushnell and Nikon models that go to about 300 will do fine. I prefer the Nikon because of the ability to adjust the focus. I used a Nikon 330 for many years.

Got a nikon 550 max 1 cammo off ebay works good for me. Thanks for the suggestion
