 Question on Horn Growth

This question is primarily directed toward those forum members who actually raise sheep. I was just curious as to whether or not there is a certain time of the year (say Spring for example) when sheep like Mouflons and Urials have their greatest horn growth or if the horn growth is more or less uniform over the year.
