I have a new GSP that is 4yrs old that I'm doing a week long trail and we put him out on pen raised birds that flew like crazy and he found everyone with a nasty north wind. I planned on going to Childress with a guy I work with this Saturday but had a family member pass and the funeral is on the same day so can't go hunting and he can't go any other time so I'm stuck. I want to put him on some wild birds to see how he does. If anybody has a spot or needs company pm me and I will split cost etc; let me know if anyone is interested in letting a newby tag along. I have black mouth curs and pit Bulldogs so if anyone wants to trade a guided hog hunt with dogs then I'm game for that. Just throwing that out there. Thanks.

You're lucky you aren't going to Childress Saturday. Dogs don't do well in 85 degree temperatures.
