Passing this along from our local TPWD biologist... "Palestine High School metal shop teacher has asked me to pass along this head gate for a hog trap the students build. I believe they may be able to build deer stand frames and other items. Contact Alan Linson at the Palestine High School for more information about the trap door or other metal built items…alinson@palestineschools.org"

How Much are the Head Gates? Got an email from biologist about this too, and it was either 2 or 300.

Hog Trap Head Gates are $200
We also have a 15' diameter 8 panel trap for $2,000
(this year's wildlife contest project-available after Anderson county show in April)
Deer stand bases are $100 4x4 or 4x6 about 4 ft. tall
(can custom make larger)
