 Trying to help place neighbor on a lease

Have an Ex-LEO neighbor that has expressed interest in trying to find a place for him and his two young sons to hunt this year. Something with onsite lodging is a huge plus, as always  . Would like something within about 3 hrs of DFW. IF you have something or know of a place any help would be appreciated! I'm sure his busy schedule will only permit him to make it a few times a season, so he won't be there every weekend.
