Well had 2nd skunk of 30+ hunts on my big lake. Wind screwed me-darn mallards were landing north of slough- were all the flooded smartweed was at- lake 2 feet over flood friday- ridiculous amount of water- no pics for this one- of course it was the only hunt I invited someone out last week.

Monday, Friday, and Sunday was different - few limits, and one shy, if you count Nasty merganser. Bonus greater as well yesterday late afternoon. Darn thing was bigger than dog. Landed on bank- She dragged it a bit- old bird.











What a glorious finish- windy as hell- but beautiful day. Shot them in the face all week
