Seems to be the only convertible LR/WMR on the market that is DA/SA. Anybody have one or shot one? What do you think?

I have a couple older Taurus from the early 90s; a 22 mag 941 and a 44 special and like them. I have read around 2000 or so they developed qc problems in some products and while I am not a snob about brands I would be reluctant to buy one for myself. If you don't get better answers here Graybeard Outdoors has a Taurus forum where you might get some.
